What do I do when I first receive the hair?

When you first receive the hair gently wash and condition it. After washing comb the hair removing any tangles, and let it air dry. Please do not blow dry the hair. Examine the quality once its air dried for any issues such as tangling or shedding. You have three business days to perform this quality check from the date the hair is delivered. If you notice any problems with the hair once its air dried please contact us immediately, and we will gladly exchange it for you. If the hair is cut, colored, or installed we cannot make an exchange, and the sale is final. Ladies, please get this hair installed by a professional to get the best results. Please follow these directions, and you’ll never end up with a bad bundle. Failure to follow these directions will void any and all warranties.

How do I take care of the hair?

We recommend washing the hair at least twice a week with a good hydrating shampoo and deep conditioner. It’s very important to do this because the hair needs to be moisturized regularly to keep it from drying and tangling. We also recommend using a leave-in conditioner. This will keep your hair looking and feeling healthy.

Can I cut the wefts?

If you or your stylist are going to cut the weft in any way, we recommend sealing it from end to end before you cut it. When you cut the weft, you cut the stitching which can become loose and cause shedding if not sealed properly before cutting. We don’t recommend cutting the weft, but if you do just make sure to seal it properly. CUTTING THE WEFTS WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES!!

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a no refunds policy due to the nature of our product, but we don’t consider any sale final until our customer is 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with the hair you receive and want to make an exchange, please contact us within three business days VIA TELEPHONE and we’ll gladly exchange it for you. Hair has to be in its original condition and completely unaltered to qualify for an exchange. Clips holding the weft together have to be intact. If they’re cut, or the hair is used or altered in ANY manner, the sale will be considered final. All canceled orders will incur a 3% cancellation fee. If your order has shipped and you decide to return/cancel it, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies!
